Lemon Balm has a subtle citrus flavor. In plant medicine, it is used to soothe an upset stomach, help with anxiety, insomnia, and stress.
It is commonly referred to as the "Elixir of Life". In ceremony, it is burned to promote love, sensuality, and protection.
To drink: Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves to a cup of hot water. Allow it to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Strain and enjoy! Note: The longer you allow it to infuse, the stronger/bitter it will taste!
For intention: Add a pinch of the herb to fire or lit charcoal. Set your intention and breathe deep.
This is a 1 oz bag that brews about 10-15 cups.
