Our Mission

The Cannasis curates holistic products for women looking to improve spiritually and physically. Our products are curated by using ancestral healing practices passed down from one generation to another. We believe that physical health is directly correlated to your spiritual health and we strive to help women find the balance by decolonizing beliefs around plant medicine.
A portion of our sales are donated to sustainable farmers and organizations that support Caribbean Indigenous communities (Taino/Arawak).

ABOUT ARIANA

In 2014 I lost control of my health. My hormones were out of whack. I suffered daily from panic attacks and debilitating heart palpitations. My family always took a holistic approach but we couldn't overcome these symptoms. I visited doctors, I had tests done, and I was quickly prescribed medication. The idea of having to take daily heart medication in my twenties did not sit well with me. I never took the pills but instead I turned to my plant medicine and spirituality.

In about a year of consistently caring for my spiritual health, my physical health followed and I completely changed my life.

I was given my life back and I was incredibly grateful. I used to get winding heart palpitations almost hourly, to feeling them maybe annually. I would go months without a period to now getting them like clockwork.
Shortly after, The Cannasis was born.
I knew it was my calling to aid the women around me by decolonizing the beliefs around plant medicine and helping them heal.

I endured my challenges to learn from them and help you move through yours. I've learned from Medicine Women across multiple cultures, received certifications for a variety of practices, and most importantly, I've slowed down and listened to the guidance of the ancestors. The Cannasis is my platform to share my passion for our plant medicine and spirituality.

I am incredibly honored to have you here and I can’t wait to see how my medicine connects with you.  ~Jajom ~
