Nettle has a subtle spinach flavor. It is know for its high concentration of nutrients. Nettle contains vitamins D, C, and A, along with Iron, magnesium, phosphorous, and more. In plant medicine, it is used as an anti-inflammatory and as a way to support yoni health.
In ceremony, it is burned to for protection, banishing, and healing.
To drink: Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves to a cup of hot water. Allow it to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Strain and enjoy! Note: The longer you allow it to infuse, the stronger/bitter it will taste!
For intention: Add a pinch of the herb to fire or lit charcoal. Set your intention and breathe deep.
This is a 1 oz bag that brews about 10-15 cups.
