Blessed Thistle is commonly used to treat diarrhea, upset stomach, and flu/cold symptoms.
In ceremony, it is burned for protection and/or sprinkled around the home. It is also common to add Blessed Thistle to a spiritual bath to help purify the bather.
To drink: Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves to a cup of hot water. Allow it to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Strain and enjoy! Note: The longer you allow it to infuse, the stronger/bitter it will taste!
For intention: Add a pinch of the herb to fire or lit charcoal. Set your intention and breathe deep.
This is a 1 oz bag that brews about 10-15 cups.
